The Region 1 Board of Governors meeting will commence from 8:00AM-5:00PM on Saturday August 11th.

This meeting is attended by the R1 Committees and Section Leaders.
Spouses and children of the Board of Governors members are invited to attend. Spouses and children may attend the meals throughout the meeting. Region 1 will cover 1/2 the cost of the meal expenses for spouses and children. The member will be required to pay the additional cost upon registration. Casual business attire is suggested for this meeting.
Saturday August 11th
The Region 1 BoG meeting will begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and lunch will be served from Noon to 1:00 PM.
Spouses and children are invited to attend both breakfast and lunch on Saturday August 11th. There will be a dinner at the hotel from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Spouses and children of the Board of Governors members are invited to attend.
Sunday August 12th
Breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Spouses and children of the Board of Governors members are invited to attend.
Travel to the Meeting
If possible, please arrange to car-pool with other Board of Governor members to help minimize Regional expenses. If air travel is required please be advised that the hotel is located in the heart of Westchester County, a half hour from Midtown Manhattan, and only minutes from the Westchester Airport and the Metro North train station. Rental cars are not authorized for this event without prior approval from the Region 1 Director.
Self-parking is provided on the hotel property for the duration of this meeting. Self-Parking will be discounted to $7.00 per day with in and out privileges.
Please be advised that Region 1 will NOT be picking up expenses associated with Valet-parking.
The hotel check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Wi-fi is available at no charge to attendees in the guest rooms as well as throughout the hotel.
