Benefits and Challenges of the New Workplace

IEEE NJ Coast Women in Engineering bring to you a discussion of the Benefits and Challenges of the New Workplace. As we and our workplaces adjust to a post Work From Home world — what will be the mix of office based work and work from home? What are the benefits and challenges we’ll face? We’ll have panelists discuss: Transitioning and onboarding to a new job and leading a global team; Can’t wait to get (the whole team) back to the office; What’s it like relocating for a new job during a pandemic; and preferred workplace for immunicompromized.
Panelists will be speaking of their personal views and experiences, they are not speaking as representatives of their respective employers or IEEE.
