Glacier Volume Using Archival Imaging

Join IEEE Computer Society and the Buffalo Section in welcoming Distinguished Visitor Edwin Hancock, Emeritus Professor, the Department of Computer Science of the University of York, who will present technical research on the polar ice cap that maps present-day glacier volumes to a range of archived images that walk us through history – all the way back to the mid 19th century.
