IEEE New York Section Family Day Picnic

The IEEE New York Section Executive Committee is pleased to announce it’s first inaugural Family Day Picnic. This event is being created in lieu of our annual Awards Dinner Dance, which was held at the NY Hilton Hotel in Manhattan for many years. Please join us in celebrating the 100+ year anniversary of the IEEE New York Section and recognizing our IEEE volunteers for their many years of dedicated service and their efforts in contributing and supporting the various technical and non-technical activities of the New York Section.

11:00 AM – Arrive at Picnic. Network with guests and family members.
11:30 AM to 3:30 PM – Lunch (See event flyer for Menu) and Participate in various activities
3:00 PM – Watermelon will be available
4:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Dinner (See event flyer for Menu)
5:30 PM – Scooped Ice Cream with various toppings
