Judge Mohammed will speak regarding how innovative and novel technology has and continues to shape the law and the role of courts. Topics will include an overview of the courts’ system, evidentiary standards for accepting or rejecting novel technology; the role of an expert, expert reports, the impact of technology on privacy, etc.
