1. Region report for the June IEEE Board Meetings due May 1
Report Requirements:
– Each section chair should list their officers Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and treasurer, listing of your student branches
– A paragraph or two about the makeup of your section and status of elections
– A summary of Section Officers activities between Jan 1 and May 10, 2023
– A bullet list of section activities
– Any other pertinent information the Section deems necessary to share
2. 2024 Awards Banquet contract with Crest Hollow
How many people do we want to guarantee? 2022 was 140, that count needs to be lowered and we need to decide what is reasonable

1st choice: Sat Sep 9/ Sun Sep 10. No Rain date
2nd choice: Sat Sep 02/Sun 03 are available as well.
