Please sign in by 6:55 PM so we can start at 7 PM. It is requested that Section Officers and at least the Chairs of each Chapter / Affinity Group check their calendars when receiving this notice and register promptly if they can make it.

– Officer Reporting:
– IEEE Membership Dues Paid and One Society dues Paid for chapter officers.
– Officer reporting in vTools; report officer updates to Tima, John and Frank.
– New Treasurers need special forms to be filled out plus training and transfer checkbook, etc.
– Talks Reporting L31s:
– Log all L31 forms for all Talks held in 2022.
– Financial Reporting for Section and Chapters:
– All 2022 Financial reporting to be completed by mid February.
