Seamless service enablement for hyper personalized experience

The purpose of the presentation is to describe the methodology seamless service enablement and hyper personalized experience using a single phone number. It uses single phone number across the user N-Devices and enabling M-Services. This is to enhance customer hyper-personalized experience and enable Services based on the endpoints needs and scenarios.
