In this technical talk, Carl will describe the role he and his team play in IBM Technology Lifecycle Services and how they offer clients not just answers to technical questions or resolutions to problems. IBM Product Engineers also perform deeper dives into the Power & Support Systems and behaviors – good machine and bad machine – and contribute to IBMs never-ending quest for continuous improvement. Carl will provide examples of real life problems and how engineers collaborate to resolve them and methods used to perform problem determination.
