We will play 1 round of doubles disc golf on the 18-hole Campville Commons Disc Golf Course, followed by a round-robin and double elimination doubles cornhole tournament. Prizes will be awarded for disc golf, cornhole, and Iron-Dub (combined score). You can register for either one or both events. Come out and enjoy the summer with some outdoor sports, picnic, and networking. Several IEEE sections and chapters are sponsoring the Disc Golf Trilogy Challenge and Cornhole Tournament. All ages and physical abilities welcome. No skill level required. Play a single tournament, or play them both. Game rules will be available at check-in and on the registration site. All pre-registered players receive a player pack, a t-shirt (specify size) and a picnic lunch. Play on the full 18-hole Campville Commons Disc Golf course and/or enjoy chucking corn on the boards. Player pack includes: 3 new discs (driver, mid-range, putter), towel, mini-disc, and scorecard. Bring your own cornhole bags or use those provided. You get everything you need to participate! This is a DOUBLES tournament, so players are placed in teams of two, following modified doubles rules for both events. You can register with a partner as a doubles pair, or you can register as a single to be paired up at the event. It is a friendly event, so don’t worry if you have no partner. You will be welcomed to play. We have an encouraging community of players. Winners will earn some cool prizes. Everyone keeps their player packs. Extra player packs, bags, and other gear will be available for purchase if needed pending availability.
