Bill Zucker runs a global team that is responsible for baseband hardware development of Nokia’s Wireless Macrocellular products and the planning and development of the Platform Services software. In this talk, Bill will share his extensive product and project management experience in developing complex hardware/software systems with a diverse team spread across the globe.
