Abstract

The Power and Energy/Industry Applications Society took a tour of the new University of Rochester Substation on Kendrick Rd, and the Cogen Plant on Elmwood Ave.

We had 14 participants, (of which 11 were IEEE members, and 3 guests).   We had several of the local engineering firms represented, a few professors, and a few students.

Steve Mischissin and Mike Yergeau were our guides at the Substation, and Richard Gardner conducted the tour at the Cogen.
